Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship from our shop on Plum Island within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates (U.S.)

Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Economy (5–8 business days): $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for 5–70 lb.

Standard (3–4 business days): $6.90 up to 1 lb, $9.90 for 1–5 lb.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier once your order has shipped.

 

Local pickup

In the area? Choose Pickup in Store at checkout and grab your order at The Cottage, 14 Plum Island Blvd, Newbury, MA 01951. We'll email you when it's ready.

 

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at thecottageplumisland@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
